IDS Scheer Singapore Pte. Ltd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of IDS Scheer AG.

IDS Scheer AG was founded in 1984 by Prof. August-Wilhelm Scheer and now with some 2400 employees serves about 4,000 customers in over 50 countries. In 2004, the company earned revenues of more than 280 million Euros. With its flagship product ARIS, IDS Scheer offers an integrated and complete tool portfolio for “Business Process Excellence”; this encompasses methods, software and solutions for designing, implementing and controlling business processes. Within the ARIS Process Platform, ARIS Toolset is the world's most frequently purchased tool for process optimization. Under a strategic cooperation with SAP, the ARIS tools and methods will in future be standard in the SAP NetWeaver platform.

IDS Scheer is also a global implementation partner of SAP, having implemented more than 1,000 SAP projects for customers around the globe, with a strong focus on supply chain management topics in this region.

IDS Scheer Singapore Pte. Ltd. was incorporated in October 1997 as IDS-Gintic, a joint venture between IDS Scheer AG and Gintic Institute of Manufacturing Technology (now known as Singapore Institute of Manufacturing Technology), Singapore’s leading applied research and development institute, servicing the manufacturing industry. It was fully acquired by IDS Scheer AG in May 2005, and is since a part of IDS Scheer AG.

Together with offices in Malaysia, and partners in Indonesia, Thailand, Taiwan, Hong Kong & Korea, IDS Scheer Singapore supports over 180 customers across South Asia under the leadership of Mr. Rorey Rogers.

IDS Scheer Singapore’s current focus is on ARIS Business Solutions, namely, Enterprise Business Process Management, Enterprise Architecture, Process Performance Management, SAP Implementation and SCM, BW & CRM.
